We have what we call the volunteer “Dream Team”. The Dream Team outwork the vision of our House where people can serve on a variety of different ministries depending on where your heart wants to serve.
All of us have been created with unique talents and passions that have the ability to impact the lives of others. At LifeHouse we want to help you find and develop and use your gifts and we believe the best place to do that is on the Dream Team
Jesus set the ultimate example of service, teaching us that serving others is fundamental to building the Kingdom of God:
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Matthew 20:28)
Scripture reminds us of the profound purpose God has for each of us:
“…grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers” (Ephesians 1:18 MSG)
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10 NIV).
We believe that a willingness to serve and a desire to learn is more important than perfection or knowledge. As part of our orientation process, we are committed to training and equipping you with the necessary knowledge and skills to serve effectively.

This team plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our church. They greet and assist people in the foyer, ensuring everyone finds a comfortable seat. Additionally, they work to maintain a distraction-free environment during our services.
This team brings life to every service by serving freshly ground, barista-made coffee, other beverages & items at the café. The different roles include Barista (Navigator – Lead), Espresso Shots, Milk Frothing, Milk Pouring and POS (Point of Sale).
The Car Park Team is our frontline force, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for all church attendees. This team comprises friendly and efficient individuals who expertly manage parking logistics, guide guests to available spaces, and maintain order in the parking area. Their dedication helps prevent congestion and ensures that everyone can park safely and quickly. With their warm greetings and helpful assistance, the Car Park Team sets the tone for a positive church experience from the moment people / guests arrive.
This team is our dedicated setup team that ensures every service/event runs smoothly and efficiently. This team consists of enthusiastic, skilled individuals who excel at transforming spaces and bringing service logistics to life. From arranging seating and setting up equipment to ensuring every detail is perfect, the Movers and Shakers are an essential part of our service teams. Their hard work and attention to detail guarantee that every service space/environment is inviting, functional, and ready to impress. With their expertise and commitment, they make sure everything is in place so that our people and guests can have an exceptional experience.
These people work with all Sunday service teams to ensure the service and event runs smoothly and safely, acting as the point of contact for all volunteers and pastors.
This team assist the pastors and guest speakers to help make their experience as smooth as possible, while also directing the runsheet during the service.
This team welcomes and connects with new people, helping them connect them into the church through friendships. This team assists with the setup/serving, and hospitality of the New Friends Lunch events held every couple of months for new people.
This team warmly welcomes and connects with newcomers, facilitating their integration into the church community through meaningful friendships. They play a key role in organizing and serving at New Friends Lunch events held every couple of months, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and providing hospitality
This team identifies individuals who have raised their hand to accept Jesus into their life during the service. They approach them afterward, congratulate them and accompany them to the Welcome Lounge, where they can meet with the team, receive a gift, and enjoy complimentary coffee.
This team warmly welcomes and connects with newcomers, whether they are new to faith or new to our church. They guide them through their next steps, helping people downloading our app, sign up for events like New Friends Lunch, Grow Groups, or Alpha. Additionally, they congratulate those who have chosen to follow Jesus, offering them gifts and continued support as they embark on their faith journey.
The events team is in charge of creating and facilitating events that help connect people to Jesus and His church – from baptisms to conferences.
This team assist the guests attending and/or speaking at LifeHouse to help make their experience be as smooth as possible by tending to their needs and connecting with them.
This team is commissioned to press-in with prayer to uplift the needs, blessings and desires of people on an information – sensitive manner.
This team caters and serves an amazing variety of food, assisting our events team for special events such as conference, Flourish, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s/Father’s Day and ad hoc Sunday events (i.e. donut days etc).
This creative team utilise vocals, instruments, and audio engineering in order to create an atmosphere of worship for people to encounter the presence of God.
This team is responsible for presenting all visuals, lighting, sound, live stream and live cameras during all LifeHouse services and events.
The media team create and produce creative visual media content through photography, videography, video editing and graphic design.
This vibrant team creates an environment where children are encouraged, educated and have the opportunity to make some great friends. These positions require a
6-month attendance at LifeHouse prior to joining.
This team is responsible for all aspects of our Friday night youth ministry. These leaders connect, encourage, uplift˜ and care for teenagers. These positions require a 6-month attendance at LifeHouse prior to joining.
This team is responsible for growing the connection with young adults to each other by facilitating regular gatherings that help inspire, encourage and create a fun and positive environment.
This incredible team organises bulk cook ups every couple of months and delivers frozen meals that provide a temporary relief for anyone within our church and local community who are experiencing a challenging season.
The School Ministry team go into schools and run community engagement activities and outreach programs such as RAMS, which are youth and school outreach program teaching young adolescence about value, purpose and worth.
As a Grow Group leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission by gathering and caring for people, as well as leading and facilitating discussion around the Grow Group Content.
The Care Team provides compassionate care and support to individuals navigating various challenging seasons of life.
Kingdom Builders are the financial leaders within LifeHouse Church. They are gifted and committed people who feel called to see our Church advance through their generosity.
The Alpha team facilitates the Alpha course, offering participants a safe and friendly environment to explore life and the Christian faith. This course provides an opportunity for individuals to ask questions and learn the fundamentals of Christianity.
This team reaches out to individuals midweek who are new to faith and/or LifeHouse, extending a warm welcome phone call and assisting them in getting connected within the church family.
The Prayer Network is an intercessory prayer email group. People who are part of this group have a heart of praying for others privately in their home. Prayer requests come through the APP/Website and will be timely distributed via email for people to pray.
The Maintenance Facilities Team is the unsung hero of our events, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything runs without a hitch. This team maintains the venue’s cleanliness, functionality, and safety. From handling complex issues to ensuring restrooms and common areas are spotless, their attention to detail keeps everything in shape. Their hard work and expertise ensure that our church spaces are always ready to impress and provide a comfortable environment for all attendees.
